    Think that's misidentified. A ballerina wouldn't be wearing heels. Looks like she's dancing flamenco.

    Sweet figurine. She could be a caractère ballerina from one of the ballets that includes 'international' wedding or ball guests. I can't remember if it was Sleeping Beauty that has such a scene, or possibly Cinderella.
    She would if she was a caractère/character dancer, although caractère shoes usually have straps (as do Flamenco/Sevillanas shoes).
    Caractère is an integral part of classical ballet.

    The peineta suggests Sevillanas or Flamenco, but it can also be worn in a ballet if the caractère dancer dances a 'Spanish' part.
