    Some currency from WW2

Some "North Africa" notes. My understanding is these were used to pay troops while the North African campaign was going on. They were made with a gold seal so that they could be devalued if large amounts of currency was captured.

Hawaii notes, were overstamped with Hawaii on them after Pearl Harbor for the same reason as the North Africa notes. Issued in Hawaii but in case of invasion and currency capture they could be easily devalued.
