    1960s -70s
    Yellow glass necklace. I really doubt these will "glow"

    Good chance they're from Japan.

    I was thinking Czech too, right off, from the same era. I don't think I've ever seen Japanese beads knotted like that.

    The clasp is what made me think Japan.
