    I can't tell from the picture if it's a painting or a print. Either way, the original is a painting by Fragonard called Young Girl Reading or The Reader. Yours is decorative value only.

    A closeup of any signature, and a photo of the back of the frame/painting would be helpful.

    The real one is in the National Gallery of Art.
    It is a sight to behold. It made me weak in the knees.
