Your opinions about a brooch please

    Hello,

    I don't know that to think about this brooch.. the "medal" with the couple test as sterling, the filigree frame does not as sterling at all.. isn't it this kind of unusual ? I would love to hear your opinions about it.. as always, thank you so much ! :)

    humm...a mature couple on their way to an event...by invitation !

    The rim trim may have been added at a later date...and the pin....to turn it into a brooch....
    those holes on the rear make it look hollow ,, as if it were a medal...or badge.

    It is hollow and a button makes sense.. but it must have been a large button, as it is over 1.5 inches in diameter.. thank you !:happy::happy:
    I really like the patterns on her dress (bag) and his pants are patterned too.. ;)
