Picked this up this at an estate sale, top is signed "Kolarsky 1987". Seems like this might be by Zdeněk Kolarsky, from Czechoslovakia. I found a few "Kolarsky" references online but none in English and nothing on Ebay currently. Others I found were small metals, this is 7.5" across. So far for keywords I've got: Mozart Kolarsky signed bronze plaque 1987. Just curious if anyone can add anything for a listing. Thanks.
