Antique Perfume Bottle?

    At first I thought this was some kind of bottle vase but then looks more like a perfume bottle with the handle. Looks old to me. Some numbers and an x type mark scratched into the base.     Looks like a bud vase, looks pretty similar to some of the late 1800s/early 1900s Austrian (Czech) ones I have such as some by RsTK

    thanks, definitely looks antique in its style, with small handle for portability
