ARE THESE OLD MAYBACH WHEELS? CADILLAC?

    I found these at a local thrift store today - they were only $38 for the pair because the tires have a lump on the right side of the tread.
    At first I thought these were old Cadillac wheels because of the wreath design, until I saw that the tires name is Vogue TYRE - and I suddenly thought that these may be Maybach wheels!?
    So all knowing forum; what kind of wheels did I find?
