Bronze lady 18" tall, but who is the artist: Nero?

    OMG I love her ! I looked for del nero as Im sure you did but couldnt find a signature like this. Pure art nouveau .

    Its not "del Nero" del means "he made it" in Latin.

    In this instance, I believe "del Nero" is the artist's surname. "creĆ³ a Roma" means "created in Rome."

    It is a more modern "art nouveau" style statue most likely imported in the 1990s.

    Did she come with the log seat too? ;)
    Her nose looks a bit more like an "art deco" style to me! ;)
    Definitely modern made though.

    That makes sense because... Del Nero was a famous Italian sculptor well before this lady's time.
