Featured Brooch- French? Age?

It is maybe French? Fleur De lis? The overall quality of the casting doesn’t look that great to me.. Any ideas as to age? It’s 12cm long and 2cm at the widest point. Thank you and keep well .

    Florentine, and the Florence giglio (lily). It also has the coat of arms of the Medici family.
