Featured cobalt blue floral ribbed vase id

    hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me identify this cobalt blue ribbed floral vase? It has no seams on it and measures 15 1/8 in tall. found it at a thrift shop. If anyone has any info that would be great thanks!
