Forgot Who Was The Artist

I think I asked about this print long time ago and someone identified the artist. But I forgot who it was and can’t find the thread.

 

I remember the print, but not the artist.

 

I think it might be Federico Righi. I can't find a thread with that name though.

 

Did find the same print though. They say it's titled Pastore and guess they're right though the museum has his name as Frederico..

I wondered if Pastore might be the actual title as it translates as shepherd. I found this listing for a painting also titled Pastore but is different than yours. In parenthesis it says (sfondo grigio) which translates as gray background. It looks like the same type of man playing a flute in both so perhaps a shepherd was a common subject for this artist and Pastore was a broad title?
