help with artsit on pastel painting

    picked this painting up today for 5.00 at a thrift shop. it caught my eye and figured for 5.00 why not. im trying to find more information on the artist but there are a lot of larsons out there which i do believe thats what the signature reads and underneath it says "PSA". it is very well done who ever did it so i dont believe it to be an amateur artist. was wondering if anyone had more information on this.     PSA, Pastel or Portrait Society of America. The spelling is Larsen not Larson.
