    hi there

    Could someone be so kind as to tell me a little more about this? I’m trying but struggling to find out info... but it also says photo to large to post but I’m on iPad so can’t make smaller? Any ideas where I can post?

    Yes I think so but that’s all I can find out, hoping someone would know date? If it was common... i am only just learning but certainly enjoying!

    Yes, looks like Cairo, from 1946 onwards, .800 fineness. Don't recognize the year letter though. Those can be a pain.

    Suspect it is the one corresponding roughly to 1978. The lotus blossom has a spare dot in the cartouche; date letter looks to have two of them.
