Hindu Diety or Gods, Please Help

    Can anybody identify this characters that are painted onto black fabric. They measure 19.5"H x 15.5"W. The one with the chariot is the real good one, seems like it has a 3d effect on it to where I get kind of dizzy looking at it. Also what name would this type of art be called?     It is a scene from the Hindu epic Ramayana. Haven't seen this one before.
    It is usually king Rama and monkey king Hanuman riding into battle to rescue Rama's wife Sita, who has been abducted by demon king Ravanna. But this one is the other side, demon king Ravanna riding into battle to prevent Rama and Hanuman from rescuing Sita.
    A tourist print from Thailand, based on temple reliefs.

    The second photo looks the same to me.
    The other way around, Mario, it is not a painting but a print.;)
