Hello and welcome to the board.

Just my opinion, but the style of the face seems more current than what I would expect of something older.

Wait for others to comment, as this in not my area of knowledge.

I'm going to ask that your thread be moved to the Antique Discussion Forum. Not everyone sees questions in the Introductions Forum.

Okay, I'm not proud of this, but... I used to have a clown collection. :hilarious:

The littles look very much like some Mexican clowns from the 80s. But, I grant that their faces may be older than the ones I remember.

Have you checked the bottom of everyone's feet for marks?

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

So, it's newer than 1986, made in Mexico and is made from paper copyrighted with the Disney name? I wonder whether it's an approved Disney product or whether the paper was reused?

    And, welcome @Lori Rose

That's what I didn't understand, if it was approved by Disney or the paper was reused, usually don't see Disney stuff like this, usually Disney has their own products, that's what I'm thinking...

I was assuming the Disney was a piece cut from gift wrapping, but just a guess.

It appears to be a type of Mexican folk art. An internet search will bring up many other examples of paper mâché clowns from México. The clever artist made use of some Disney paper but there is nothing else that would connect your item to Disney.
