I'M OFTEN SCANNING McINNIS AUCTIONS, AS YOU KNOW......THERE'S A

Specific item that I'm interested in seeing if anyone knows what it is....It's listed with some other 'metal objects', and it resembles some sort of shooting mechanism...what's printed on it is a couple of illegible words, but "PISTOL" is in LARGE print!! VERY STRANGE looking........to ME!!!

I wonder if they've got the handle for the pistol pictured in a list of "wooden objects".

 

Wonderful little piece,tickles the Steampunk in me.As a matter of fact,the famous Dunhill Lighter Co. was paying homage to an even earlier version of the Pistol Lighter-an 18th Century one-
