Featured Is this Lalique signature real

    How tall is this?
    I found a goblet listed in Warman's Lalique book. It is 7 7/8 inches tall in topaz

    It is called Gobelet Six Figurines dated 1912. Listed in the Vases section. page 128

    I'm kind of moving towards fake because the signature is too large and no in an inconspicuous area. Two reasons that signatures are more likely to be reproduced.
    Anyone else think otherwise?

    I sincerely hope for you but maybe it just isn't real. The goblet does not seem to have been signed with a smooth hand, but with a fixed precise that I have my doubts about its authenticity. And the women in the vase seem to have a different look than the catalog, but maybe this is because you just photographed from a different angle. and I found this signature
