Got this charming little clown painting. The scale of things is a little odd but I like it. Small clown man with big balls and a huge bunch of flowers. I was thinking maybe 70’s or so. Signed Resta (maybe a local artist?) Or does anyone perhaps know this artist? Anyway it’s 30x39cm. Thanks for any comments

    1950s/1960s I'd think from frame. When clown paintings were a thing. May be commercially produced but much more charming than most.
