20210313_142139.jpg 20210313_142155.jpg 20210313_142257.jpg I recently found this old piece of Mexican pottery and would love to know who made it and how old it is. It is signed on bottom "Mexico Reg". Height is 8 1/4 inches and approximately 6 /14 inches in diameter. I have been searching online and can't find another like it. Decoration appears all hand carved. Appreciate any help I can get!!

Sorry, I don't know no Mexican Reg, however, I know Mexican Pete and Deadeyed Dick came down to the Rio Grande... but my wife says I'm not allowed to go any further.

I think you're in for a daunting time trying to find the potter, but good luck.

No so concerned with potter, as where in Mexico and what style this is called.

The scene seems similar to the sone of Tizoc, but it’s diff to see.

It looks like a little maceta or flowerpot from a commercial pottery. The México Reg. stamp would lead one in that direction.
