    Quick and dirty photos.

The tigers eye brooch/pendant was Facebook. It's huge. I could not for the life of me make out anything other than 925 from the seller's photos, it's Israeli.

Bracelet was an auction. 1949 silver Cuban coins, gold washed. Cheap as anything! Seller called it steam punk yellow metal. H45A.jpg H46C.jpg H46F.jpg H46A.jpg H46B.jpg H45C.jpg H46D.jpg H45B.jpg H46E.jpg

I like them both, Bear! How will you clean the tarnish off of the gold wash, please?

Sunshine Cloth ought to do it, it's usually best. I'll have a wee go when I've a mind to. ;)

Good ones! I always bag Israeli modernist when it turns up at a good price. That bracelet was a steal, no doubt.

Ok, thanks Bear. I discovered my Wright's silver polish was gone when I went to make the soaked cloth that Kyra suggested, so back to the store for that eventually.

Oh, no, now I've got this song in my head...

♫♫ Let me tell ya story about a man named Jed, poor mountaineer barely kept his family fed....♫♫

Why can't I remember what I had for breakfast this morning, but I remember every dang word of that song?

The bracelet is really cool! Cuban coins are harder to find here in the U.S. and are not allowed to be listed on sites like eBay due to the current state of affairs between the two nations. I have a couple of them that I got cheap due to a local coin shop not being able to sell them to their normal wholesalers.
