I bought this a week or so ago. It's completely unmarked and I've so far been unable to ID the maker.

There are some similar examples on Google for Dale Hall and TJ & J Mayers, but this doesn't have any marks like they do.

There are some areas which have been coloured which seems a bit random. Height is 19cm.

Yes it's weird. At first I thought it was half done but they've actually coloured all the areas that have a dimpled finish. I think it's the finished product but it does look a bit crap the way they've done it.

    I'll have a look thanks

Looks almost exactly the same and I have found an example of their work without a backstamp.

Never occurred to me. It looks a bit sprigless. Oh it's for relief jugs too. Just requested membership.

They’re seriously geeky on jugs, and also on sprigged, relief and moulded stuff as well as pate sur pate. Very useful.

I’m sure I’ve had your jug. Bother my brain.

I've had a fair few myself and still have a shelf full that don't want to shift, including a nice big Gouda one.

This odd thing was one of my favourites. Sold in no time at all despite damage to the handle. Guess it mush have been a bit special.
