Someone had asked me once how was i displaying my collection.
These are all Nippon pre 1921 marked pieces from several different makers. With the exception of my two little vases Nippon Toki. I am currently working on this four shelf display. Only two shelves done so far. Sorry for the flash in the photos, this room doesn't allow for enough light. Hope you like!

I like.:) A lovely collection and beautifully displayed, Mikey.
I love the way those little twin vases are trying to steal the limelight, and it is working too.:joyful:

They are for sure. These were only made one year 1946. The most valuable of the collection.
Thank you AJ. I appreciate your opinion.

    They caught my eye also.

    I'd never guess Nippon.

Just goes to show how many different styles they made. And all gems in their own way.

They are not true Nippon in the historical sense. They adopted the name and were made to add Made in Japan a year later.
There is a guy on FB Nippon collectors group that has made me some offers that keep going up every time we talk. I'll never sell them.

Would you care to reveal the offers?

I would have no idea of any number.

$300 for the pair last time we chatted before Thanksgiving 2021. And they are only 2 3/4" tall.
