A tourist piece? Painted or printed?

Well, of course it's a souvenir plate. Depicts the Monumento de Caballo sculpture in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. Can't tell from photographs if hand painted but most likely is. Artist's signature "MaL" is abbreviation for "Maria Luisa."
