Featured Possible future clearance

    My son has been contracted to do some urgent electrical work at this house and outbuildings before it can be sold.
    The elderly home owner has gone into a care home and has no relatives.
    He's put my name forward to clear the property.

    Keeping my fingers crossed.



    The second video is the interior, its upside down for some reason, thats iPhones for you.

    You DO know you can SLOW down the playback speed.....it's in "settings".....helps me if things show too fast, OR when a speaker is just going WAAAY too fast for me!!! SO, it's the WHOLE ESTATE????? OH MY GOODNESS!!!! @bercrystal is RIGHT!!! HOPE you get it.....we'll send the younger and more able-bodied to help!!!:happy::happy::happy::hilarious::D

    @daveydempsey, did you see this? Don't know your version of iPhone, but maybe you happened to switch for your second video? So far I did NOT see a remedy on Youtube??? A FUTURE preventative.....

    Holy cow, that place is huge.
    Just our of curiosity, how much does a place like that sell for nowadays. If that is too personal Davey, I understand.

    Its going on the market for £1.5 million along with 7 acres and a golf course.
    If it was London it would be £50 million easy.

    Stunning house . It reminded me of Rocky Horror Picture Show at 1st glance. I bet its choking with finds,Fingers crossed for ya !

    If I could find a couple of million I would buy it.

    I'd convert the coach houses to storage lock-ups.

    Get rid of the red paint.

    I'd dig the golf course out and make a lake.

    The largest expense is heating during the winter.

    The benefits are
    no light pollution,
    no noise pollution
    no air pollution,
    no traffic jams.
    no people pollution.

    It would be idyllic.
