Signet Wax Seal Ring?

The script looks like it may be Ottoman Turkish,so the stone could be much older than the sterling ring.Since the "alphabet" was changed from Arabic in 1928 it may be hard to read.

 

Thanks Hollyblue, it certainly could be Ottoman Turkish and the stone could have been from an older ring. I've looked around some to try and match the text but haven't found an exact match yet. I'm more curious as to what it says and it's origin than anything else.
