    The smaller one is by Webster. Any help with the maker of the other one?

    Not at home right now to check references, but it was made by Aucello Bros. - East coast manufacturer of sterling jewelry, frames, novelty items, etc., from around 1950 into at least the '90s, might still be in business, can't quite recall...
