    There has to be a story to this dog other than a character on Syracuse China but I can't find anything on the googles.

    Well, Stuart Bruce seems to be the name of an artist that did animal decorations. You can find other dogs, ducks, horses, and such things if you search the name and Syracuse China.

    If you mean you just recognize the dog from somewhere, then I dunno.

    Oh and the dog is an American Boxer, other countries don`t clip the ears and put plastic inserts in.

    Took out boxer and just put dog and then could find a little, but not much about the artist
