    Hi friends,

Does anyone recognize the sigs/work of these two pieces?

The vase is about 8x7 and 3 lbs and appears to have the initials "HR" or "HP."

The tea kettle is about 8.5 x6 and 2.5 lbs and appears to be in another language or be "Palmery" in English.

Also, I'm wondering if there is a potter's or art term for that stle handle on the kettle?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

@dude, Your first image.....to ME....as well, looks more like HG.....but then I have been wrong on occasion!!!:jawdrop::happy:!! But in addition to that, I tried enhancing and enlarging the second.....not sure it helps, but give it a look/see......2X.....

Scouts honor, I originally thought the same and put that when drafting the post but changed it before posting. I figured it couldn't be because artists usually put a space between their names and a number, and if the # represents a year, it would be 04, 84, 74, etc.
