Three little gems found in a box of rusty nuts and bolts!.
A gilt brooch- I’d like to replace the missing stones so an approx date would be helpful so I can choose appropriate gems or maybe pearls?
Second- what I can only think is a vintage key ring?. Marked only England with a very secure swing open clasp. I nearly missed it and chucked it in the scrap nuts and bolts box!.
Also a possibly black glass centre button marked Extra Superb.
All three items are approx 1 inch across.
Approx dates would be wonderful please :)

Brooch is late 19th, early 20th. Probably clear paste, but I think whatever you can find to fit will work fine.

I thought it had some age to it. Thankyou.

I'm with obb on clear paste being likely for the brooch.
Antique paste 'stones' can be difficult to find, it usually means cannibalising another piece. So anything non-precious but facet-cut and slightly sparkly would do.:)

You can wear it on St David's Day.

    kyratango Bug jewellery addiction!

If the brooch is small as it seems, you could buy inexpensive nail art wheel box with several size of flat back sparklies, even they make half pearls same:joyful:
Of course, these are faceted plastic, but the foil back makes them bright:wideyed:

You can also buy cheap Swarovski lookalikes, which are glass.

Thankyou. I will do it and show a photo!.
I could get a yellow crystal for the flower if you think it's a daff?.
Any thoughts on the age if the keyring or button?. I found one the seller claims is mid 19th c?

Yes, I think it is a daff, hence the St David's Day suggestion.:)
Should really be a leek, but I understand why the Welsh changed it to a daff.;)

I don't think it's a daffy down dilly. Leaves are wrong and look at those stamens. I'd say anemone - petal missing perhaps.
