Vintage Bronze Statue-India

    20190402_235916.jpg 20190403_001402.jpg 20190403_000101.jpg 20190402_235316.jpg 20190402_235301.jpg 20190402_235333.jpg Hi!...This is a Bronze statue that I purchased a few yrs ago...its approx. 11 in ht..its in good condition it does have some changes in the patina in creases there is some greenish color noted..... there are no marks...but there is a small square area on the back that could be a mark?.....I say its bronze but I'm not entirely sure ....if someone can shed some light on this statues age and history that would be great....

    How heavy is it? Usually these are some type of spelter/pot metal or white metal gilded. Looks like a Hindu figure of Tara.

    She is a dancing Dakini. The metal is a brass-like alloy.
    Dakinis are female spirits, which can be demonic.
    Missing a hand is not generally considered a good condition.;)
