The three-legged triskelion is the symbol of both Sicily and the Isle of Man, a British island in the Irish Sea.
I think in this case it is from the Isle of Man.

I was on my tablet when I posted the above & copy/paste is a skill I can only manage on my desktop with a mouse.:rolleyes::facepalm::bag:

Anyway, here is an Etsy listing for a silver pin like yours.

    https://www.etsy.com/listing/1143177899/isle-of-man-triskelion-lucky-horseshoe

I had to look up the word "triskelion" & I will lay odds I am not the only one. So here is what the Encyclopedia Brittanica has to say.:happy:

The Manx triskelion is one of the oldest continually used government symbols. It is a version of the sun symbol or swastika used by many ancient civilizations. Common in Scandinavian lands, it may well have been introduced to the Isle of Man when the Norse ruled the area prior to 1266.

I do have one thing to say about this listing's title. "Lucky horseshoes" historically are positioned opposite to what this pin shows so that the "luck doesn't run out".
