They are both modern souvenirs in a Balinese-inspired style. Could have been made on Bali, maybe Lombok, or anywhere else where someone set up a souvenir carving industry.
A Balinese Goddess with a bird is usually Saraswati, but her mount is either a swan or a peacock. Maybe the bird is supposed to be a peacock?
You can find similar carvings in home decor places that import from Indonesia.

YEs I.am very Dutch so spelling mistakes are my hallmark :playful: But just decoration or not the bird looks to as the phoenix and the hands off the goddess also also with two fingers folded on each hand on the same strange way . And the left arm is going under the clothes and get's out at the front again showing the hand .So me think there must be some message about her in these ways off showing her

Not strange, it is the classic Hindu-Buddhist hand position called 'karana mudra', for warding off evil. All Hindu divinities use mudras to indicate their intention.
The arm doesn't go under her clothes, the two ends of her dance shawl are slung over her arms, like a stole.

The dance shawl is the yellow thing seen on this Javanese dancer from Yogyakarta. The centre of the shawl is tucked under her belt and the two ends are used to indicate air and the flight of divine beings. Similar shawls are used in some Balinese dances.

These last two are of Bedoyo dancers from Surakarta, Java. The Bedoyo is the most beautiful dance of Indonesia, imo. Very graceful and tranquil.
Commercial carvers tend to copy what sells well. If many people buy statues with the karana mudra, karana mudra it is.;)
I don't know where these decorative pieces are made, for all I know they could be made by Muslims.
