Very old chair, anyone know something?

    1980's...with those metal feet.....
    Dad had one in a barrel shape......the plastic tips on the feet kept falling off...

    Was told it Was older than me(28) :) and I feel old, so for me, very old

    A matter of perspective then. An antique is more than 100 years old. If Komo is correct then yours is 30-40 years old.

    Of course, "old" is subjective. Just me but... I don't consider anything to be old if it's within living memory.

    Guess its going in the trash then All I know about chairs is how to sit in them. Thanks for the information everyone.

    HEY!!!! Someone might just clean it up, LOVE it, and think it's the best thing since....well.....my brain just froze....:happy::happy::joyful::joyful::joyful:

    I bet someone would love it; it looks like a good desk chair. The top part could be 1960s, but it has five "feet" and more feet makes it newer. I'd list it on one of the free sites and dollars to donuts someone would want it.

    Looks like a comfortable, solid chair in good condition. Someone is sure to give home room to.

    I do believe 5 feet also makes it more stable than 4 feet!!!!
