Silver marcasite ring, was with a job lot from various decades just wondering approximate age. There are a couple of stones missing. The bracelet was with the same lot, looks to be handmade with little freshwater pearls and I think the beads might be garnet? Had to take it outside to see the colour. My diamond selector thinks they're gemstones but it's only a cheapy one so that's all the info it can give me. It's usually correct. The necklace just arrived today, stone is Moss Agate. Again wondering age, a little voice in my head is telling me 1980s but I'm not sure if I can trust it lol. The ring is lovely. I hope it is period, but think it is 1970s or later repro.
The bracelet is not garnet, maybe not even real stones, since the findings don't look silver.
It is gorgeous, by far the best one in this thread. I think you could be very lucky, Arts & Crafts. I hope.:nailbiting::nailbiting::nailbiting: Suffering from a touch of brainfog today, so let's wait for the others for an insight into the necklace.
Could we see the entire necklace and the clasp?

Ohh I assumed it was just in arts and crafts style, if it is real that's wonderful :) I have a photo of the whole necklace but file was too large to upload, I will try and get another pic. the clasp is just marked 925.

    Fingers crossed.:)
That sounds like a replacement, since the centrepiece says 'silver'. It won't really affect the value.

I too think the necklace is earlier. Almost more Celtic. 1910s.

Just email your photos to yourself and select size medium. That will fix the size problem.

I still can't upload the whole necklace but here's a pic with the clasp, which is damaged. It does fasten but you have to push the lever into place to do so, I will probably replace it. There is also a split in the rounded section near the stone that I hadn't noticed before. IMG_20210609_183105 (2).jpg

The garnets appear to be real, are the "wires" on the necklace solid or hollow?

Unless the chain is a replacement it's not a 1910s necklace; the clasp is much later. The center stone looks like eilat at first glance, but odds are it's some sort of agate. I think it's a later artisan piece. Artisan pieces made in the same style came around again big in the 1970s right into the 80s.

The clasp is a replacement. It says 925 on the clasp, but 'silver' on the central part.

It's solid, I was able to push that broken piece slightly and look through my loupe
