Origin of vessel?

    This is coming up for sale at a local auction. I am not exactly sure of age and origin. There appears to be a fish/carp on the side and wording but hard to see. Sorry but these are the only two pics I have. Also any idea of what it says? Thank you for any info!

    Not sure about the script, but the vessel puts me in mind of the Thailand egg pot with the dragon I posted (which the experts helped id) a while back. 300-500 retail. I'm liking the fish on yours.
