      This thing looks weird. In my opinion some sort of homemade "fan art".
      The work is rather crude, plus the swastika is in wrong direction. I first guessed it could be attached with the wrong side to the front, but then the head of the eagle would be in wrong direction too… So probably just some inofficial imitation.
