    Japanese plate with unusual mark, maybe Kutani

    Thank you all very much. The plate is porcelain. Almost eggshell thin and transparent. I'm leaning towards a sloppy Kutani mark at this point. Mikey

    Japanese Ginbari vase signed

    I love Ginbari. Beautiful vase! Base metal looks like silver, but hard to tell from the pics. Meiji era for sure. Mikey
