    I'd suggest looking at Dudson as a possible maker. Wedgwood was/is pretty particular about marking their pieces; Dudson, not always marked, did...

    I think it's a wine glass. Is the pattern cut? If so, looks a bit busy for 18th to early 19th.

    I have a plate with decoration similar to your "Vive Le Nation" one and it was made by Longwy. Here's a similar one. Perhaps yours is older....
