It might be Inuit but I have my doubts. It could be Alaskan or Siberian but it also has a Mongolian vibe.

It might be Inuit but the markings don’t look familiar nor does the style. The sawed off flat base is rather atypical for Inuit pieces.
And conservation costs would likely exceed the value of the poster
The garish patination would suggest that this is a relatively recent knock off rather than a period bronze.
