I looked and can’t find the maker. There’s a ring on Etsy but they only say it’s Zuni

The seller of this Goofy ring names a maker Patsy Spencer, but I don't know if Patsy made every Zunitoon piece:

On this pinterest Zuni jewellery page are the names of several Zunitoon makers, so cartoon characters may have been fashionable among NA makers at some stage:
