Featured Sterling Chatalaine or Beggar's Purse? Hallmark Help :)

I've seen this mostly described as a chatelaine but have seen several examples calling it a beggar's purse. What is the difference? Also, looking for help with the mystery hallmark. Thanks!

I may be wrong, but for something to be a "chatelaine" item, doesn't it have to have some sort of connection-point (a ring, hook, etc) to latch it onto the actual chatelaine?

As for the name - I've heard them called mesh-purses/bags, chainmail purses, beggar's purses, but the one I've seen the most is a "Miser's Purse", because the tiny opening only allowed you to take out one or two coins at a time!!
