    Looks like it. The marks are not UK silver marks.

    Likely Canadian silver. The Beaver a symbol for Canada, an old one.

    They are however not the national symbol.

    Most silver and silverplate marks are not representations of national symbols. Besides, there was already an ID of the marks.
