Featured First of 3 Old Baskets: NW Coastal NA?

    These all belong to the friend whose wife is in memory care.
    There are 2 others; each will be in a separate thread.

    This is about 3" diameter, ~2 1/2" high.
    It's filled with what looks like sage leaves an' perhaps other smudging herbs, as well as several blue beads...an' as this (an' both the others) are bone dry an' quite fragile, I chose to leave those in place, so you get no pic of the interior bottom or sidewalls. I know nothing about basketry or local grasses etc, so cannot include anything more by way of better description. wysiwyg...

    Any an' all of your learned comments are sought an' will be gratefully acknowledged, about what tribe, materials an' possible age are represented. Thanks for lookin'!
