Hi there, This bracelet has been in my family for many years. I would like to know more about it and am hoping someone can help me! The mark inside is "LC" and is stamped STERLING next to it. I tried doing some research on the internet and at first I thought the artist was Lee Charley. However, now I am thinking the marking looks more like that of Lee Chee. But, since they both have the same initials....I am not sure! It sounds like both of these individuals are Navajo artists. I would appreciate any input! Thank you! The "L" is totally different on Lee Charley.

Does anyone know anything of interest about Lee Chee and/or about his jewelry, such as history, desirability, value, etc.?

Lee Chee's signature has that little pointed 'doohickey' on the end of the 'L'....I'd say it's his too!!

Gorgeous cuff, and it is Lee Chee's style. Lee Charley's work is a different style, also beautiful but not as flamboyant.

Because NA maker's marks can look alike, it is always important to check if the style and technique match known works by the artist. Never go by the mark alone.

Thanks for that information about checking the "style" as well as the marks!
Any information about Lee Chee's history, desirability, value, other? I may wish to sell this bracelet at some point (or not), so would like to learn as much as I can about it! Thanks!
