Hi all. Not an "antique" per se but honestly the Hoodwills around me rarely put out anything anymore that wasnt made in China last month. They dont even put put silver plate anymore. Anyhoo this pretty is 12 high and 8 wide and google didnt serve much info. Everything from Murano to Chinese and everything in between. I love it regardless but I would like to know if my picking skills are atrophying ! Any info always appreciated.

I'm getting the same results as the others. But the three of us are in Europe, maybe members across the Pond will get better results.

I have found that the 'newer' Chinese pieces have a greasy feel. Love the colors and I have always loved spatter glass or end of the day glass.

I like the black trim along the top. I don't recall seeing that type of finishing on modern Chinese pieces but there's isn't much modern art glass available here in my little Midwestern city.

Thanks for the input ! I found all that too but I still just dont know. To me its better than Chinese or repro ,doesnt feel greasy and is not heavy . I guess I want to believe its better than it is ! I love it nonetheless,it goes beautifully in my little dining room. Its mostly mid century in there and it fits right in.
