Featured Hey it's silver in my mailbox!

Hey everyone!

It's been awhile, I have a few little finds since last week but I'll wait to collect a few more from local stores to share. My internet searching paid off again today, and I was thrilled when I got a box in the mail. Here's the background story:

As usual, I'm searching through lots of listings on the internet. And I saw one for flatware that caught my eye. Here's the only photo I had to work with, and the listing was titled "Various silver plated flatware and serving pieces."



So...... What caught my eye? Well for me, it was the pie server in the bottom right of the photo. While it's true there's some that are plated, I've found that most of these are a weighted sterling handle. So that's enough for me to inquire on the listing. The person selling sent me a few photos of the backs of items, most of the photos they sent were plated, but one item showed 875 on the back so I took a gamble and bought the group. I had no clue how many items would be silver, but I was pleasantly surprised tonight. Here's all the goodies, I paid $35 total and the non-weighted silver items are 252 grams.
