The scissors marked Pfeilring Solingen with the Pfeilring logo, the other two only have the logo

And all marked with

You can't go wrong with Solingen.

Guesstimate 1910s-20s. They were probably part of a larger set in a fitted case, but with today's silver prices they will sell as is.
