Featured Early 1700s ? Etched Wine Glass

I recently acquired a number of 1700-early 1800s wine glasses. There's a sticker on the base of this one that says "non Lead" " 8-si????d" "Silesian Stem (missing date) 1730. It's 6 1/4" tall and is etched and has script around the bowl which I cannot make out - looks like early German? Possibly "Dem Der Fomyhet" but I'm not sure. Can anyone help? I had a hard time photographing the words.

I don't read or speak German but if it might say "dem der fomyllet", Google translates that as "those who were born". If it's a correct translation, that might make some sort of toast?

IM Translator says "those who flocked," so maybe "those who are gathered"? That would make sense in the context of a toast.

 

Definitely Silesian, aka western Poland more or less. They had a lot of German speakers.

 

Should be noted that 'Silesian stem' refers to the form of the pedestal, not necessarily the origin of the glassware...

Google Translate is playing tricks today. It is translating "Dem der Fomyllet" as Danish for "Those who are confused" or "Those who are fooled." It changes the translation depending on whether or not "der" is capitalized.

I tried to force it to translate as German and it didn't know what Fomyllet was. Then I took the capitalization off completely and it translated as "those who were born" as @say_it_slowly wrote.

So much for that!

 

So that's it. I thought it must be a German dialect I haven't heard of yet.
