I have a not-quite-matching pair of these hand painted vases, approximately 10" tall. The flower is similar but the trim on one is black, the other is brown. No marks. I'm stumped on their origin, and also wondering about the strange scratch marks inside the neck of one. At first I thought it was some old tape, but apparently it's a scratch or cut that doesn't go through but can be felt with the fingernail, and to the side is some discoloration that may or may not have something to do with scratches. Any thoughts on maker or what caused the scratches?

Most likely Bohemian, the first part of the 20th century. No idea about the scratches.

    Bristol Glass Vase #2223421
Here's another one they claim to be Bristol. Kind of a catchall attribution for this type of glass.
This color of glass was commonly Bohemian, probably from a lesser-known glass maker imitating one of the big boys. They loved to copy design ideas from each other.

I may try posting on the FB Bohemian glass page. I'll update I hear anything conclusive. Thanks!
